THE WORKOUT
PUSH Pilates is a high-intensity Pilates reformer workout that consists of toning and strengthening the body.
Our classes embody HIIT (high-intensity interval training) elements, flexibility, and strength training all wrapped into the best 50 minutes of your day.
Arrival: Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early to prep for your workout.
Check-in at the front desk, then our staff will explain how the Pilates reformer machine works and how to properly and safely utilize it. Every class is beginner-friendly; our instructors are trained to give modifications and up-level options for every client. No matter your personal fitness level, you can train side by side and get an amazing workout.
Your outfit: you may get sweaty during your class, so workout clothes are required. No shoes will be worn during the class. Pilates grip socks are suggested, but not required. We have a bathroom on-site stocked with necessities to freshen you up after your class.
The Vibe: the music is loud, and sometimes the room is dark. Our friends are there to have fun and get their butts kicked. Be ready to experience the addictive body burn.

All you need to know before you go.
I have never taken a Pilates reformer class before, is that ok?
Yes, the reformer classes at PUSH are designed for all levels, however we do recommend taking PUSH ALL LEVELS first. You must arrive 10 minutes early for your 1st class in order to receive a proper demonstration of the reformer.
What if I am running late for class?
You must arrive before class start time. The doors will lock immediately when class starts for the safety and respect of the clients who arrived. If you are late, you will lose your credit. We recommend arriving early for your class.
If I am pregnant, can I still take a class?
Please share with your instructor if you are pregnant and how many weeks you are. The instructors will offer modifications for exercises to best suit your body as long as you feel comfortable. We do not recommend trying a PUSH reformer class while pregnant simply because of how core intensive the classes are. Please consult your physician.
If I can’t make the class, will you refund my session?
Unfortunately, no. We have a strict 8-hour cancellation policy for group classes and a 24-hour cancellation policy for private classes. If you can’t make your class, it is your responsibility to cancel or let us know at least 8 hours (for group classes) or 24 hours (for private classes) before the start time of your scheduled class or you will lose the session and be charged a fee.
What are your cancellation fees and no show policy?
If you are unable to attend class, please cancel before 8 hours of class time. You can cancel in your account, either on the PUSH PILATES app or online. You can text the studio number, 706-223-0801 or email support@workoutatpush.com
This will be an "early cancellation" & you will not lose your class or incur a fee.
A late cancellation, is a cancellation made 8 hours or less before class start time. If you late cancel, you will lose the class and will be charged a $15 fee.
If you are a no show you will lose your class credit and be charged a $25 fee.
Is there a beginner class?
PUSH ALL LEVELS is beginner-friendly. Please arrive you to come to class at least 10 minutes before the class start-time, so you can feel well prepared with the reformer and any accessories we may add.
How many times a week do you recommend I attend class?
This varies depending on per person basis, but we recommend a minimum of 3-5 classes per week to see the best results.
Do you host private events?
Absolutely, if you are interested please contact the studio via email or phone.
What is the age requirement for class?
18 years or older.
What happens if I arrive late for class?
If you are a new client and you arrive late, you will lose your class credit and have to reschedule. You must arrive 10 minutes early to class if you are a new client. If you are a returning client, we have a strict door policy and no late entry permitted.
What is your waitlist policy?
If a class is FULL, we recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. The waitlist typically moves fast, therefore you will automatically be added to the class prior to 30 MINUTES before class starts.
By adding yourself to the waitlist, you are acknowledging that you are available to take the class. If you are added to the class, and do not show, you will be marked as a late cancel and will lose your class and incur a $25 fee.
If you cannot attend class before 30 MINUTES of class start time, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

Yes, we offer our PUSH ALL LEVELS class, ADVANCED A** KICKING class, and our CARDIO + JUMPBOARD class.

Tease
PUSH signature reformer beginner class. The essential reformer class that introduces movements with intensity and control, helping you build strength, stability, and confidence from the very first class. Move, challenge yourself, and master the foundation—this is beginner-friendly, but nothing about it is basic. 50min
Intensity
PUSH signature reformer advanced class. Nonstop, full-body challenge. INTENSITY fuses advanced reformer sequences with heavy resistance and continuous movement, pushing strength, control, and endurance to the next level. This class is for experienced clients - 10 classes at PUSH required. 50min
Strength
A reformer class designed with the alpha mindset. Focus on strength, mobility, and core control to improve performance in lifting, sports, and everyday movement. No Pilates experience required. 50min
Move
A reformer class that blends yoga-inspired sequences with reformer work for a nonstop, full-body challenge. Flow through strength, length, and power. 50min
Bounce
