Check-in at the front desk, then our staff will explain how the Pilates reformer machine works and how to properly and safely utilize it. Every class is beginner-friendly; our instructors are trained to give modifications and up-level options for every client. No matter your personal fitness level, you can train side by side and get an amazing workout. Your outfit: you may get sweaty during your class, so workout clothes are required. No shoes will be worn during the class. Pilates grip socks are suggested, but not required. We have a bathroom on-site stocked with necessities to freshen you up after your class. The Vibe: the music is loud, and sometimes the room is dark. Our friends are there to have fun and get their butts kicked. Be ready to experience the addictive body burn.</image:caption>
